We are currently looking for Weekends only (Friday, Saturday and Sunday)

We are seeking an energetic and attentive Waiter to join our vibrant hospitality team. In this role, you will be the face of our restaurant, delivering exceptional guest experiences through attentive service, expert beverage and food knowledge, and a welcoming attitude. Your enthusiasm and dedication will help create memorable moments for our guests, ensuring they feel valued and cared for from the moment they arrive until their departure. Responsibilities

• Greet guests warmly, and answer any questions about food, beverages, or specials with enthusiasm and detailed knowledge.
• Take accurate orders using POS systems such as Clover POS ensuring all details are correctly entered for seamless processing.
• Serve food and beverages promptly while maintaining high standards of presentation and quality, including cocktail and spirits service.
• Upsell menu items, including wine pairings and specialty drinks, to enhance guest satisfaction and increase sales.
• Process cash and credit card transactions efficiently, handling cash handling responsibilities with accuracy and integrity.
• Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards by bussing tables, resetting dining areas, and adhering to food safety protocols.
• Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of orders and address guest needs proactively for a superior dining experience.

Skills

• Proven experience in food service or restaurant environments, including fine dining settings preferred..
• Excellent customer service skills with the ability to build rapport and handle guest relations professionally.
• Knowledge of beverage service including cocktails, spirits, wine knowledge, and open table reservations management.
• Effective time management skills to prioritize tasks during busy hours while maintaining attention to detail.
• Basic math skills for accurate bill calculation, change processing, and sales reporting.
• Experience with food handling, sanitation practices, and food safety regulations to ensure a safe dining environment.
