Bellingham Professional Finishes is a full-service painting and wood coatings company.
We are hiring for the position of Painter/Finishing Tech. This individual will have 2 years of professional painting experience. The individual who fills this position will receive on the job training to refine basic prep/masking skills and learn highest skilled finishing techniques, as well as to hone their leadership capabilities.

Job Responsibilities:
Work on job-sites and in our pre-finish shops to learn and perform basic prep tasks to mid-range and highest skilled tasks. These tasks include but are not limited to:
- Sanding
- Masking/unmasking
- Product application
- Tool loading/unloading/cleaning
- Maneuvering and packaging millwork
- Will work individually or in a group to provide highest level finishes.
- Maintain a clean and professional work area at all times.
- Maintain strict attention to detail.
- Exhibits excellent communication with supervisors and other team members.
- Accurately track time worked and materials used on each project.
Requirements and Qualifications
- 18 years of age
- General working knowledge of methods, materials, tools and equipment used in the painting trade
- 1 years of professional painting experience
- Exhibits a capacity to uphold a leadership position in a positive manner
- Ability to interact and communicate in an effective and dependable manner
- Hold a valid driver’s license and have reliable personal transportation
- Documentation to work in the United States
- Capable of lifting and carrying 50 lbs on a regular basis
- Capable of and prepared to maneuver and work from extension ladders
- Prepared to work 40 hours/week (4/10's)
