The Service Porter plays a key role in supporting our service team and ensuring every customer has an exceptional experience. This entry-level position is an excellent opportunity to learn dealership operations firsthand and can lead to future advancement in service advising, technician roles, or other automotive career paths.

Pay Rate: $19.13/hr

Responsibilities

• Vehicle Management: Safely drive and park customer vehicles in the service area; ensure they are properly positioned for service and ready for return.
• Customer Interaction: Greet customers and assist with vehicle drop-off and pick-up, delivering a friendly and professional experience.
• Service Area Maintenance: Maintain a clean, organized service drive and shop area, including light cleaning such as sweeping, mopping, and waste disposal.
• Shuttle Services: Transport customers to and from the dealership courteously and on time when needed.
• Team Support: Assist service advisors and technicians with daily tasks such as moving vehicles, retrieving tools, or delivering items.
• Safety Compliance: Follow all dealership and manufacturer safety procedures to maintain a safe work environment.
