HEALTH CLUB MEMBERSHIP SALES – Bellingham Fitness

Join the team at Bellingham Fitness, the largest health club in Whatcom County! We're looking for a high-energy, people-focused Membership Sales Coordinator to help others start their fitness journey and stay motivated.
This is a fun, rewarding role for someone who enjoys connecting with people and wants to build professional sales and communication skills.
What You’ll Be Doing:
- Give facility tours and explain membership options
- Follow up with leads and close new memberships
- Support new members with encouragement and motivation
- Work with a supportive sales team to reach shared goals
- Represent the Bellingham Fitness brand with enthusiasm and professionalism
Ideal Candidate:
- Outgoing and positive communicator
- Honest, reliable, and self-motivated
- Passionate about fitness and helping others
- Sales experience is helpful, but we train the right person
- Athletic or competitive background is a plus
Current Opening:
Part-Time Membership Sales (24 hrs/week)
Shift: Monday – Thursday, 4 PM – 10 PM
This is a year-round position (not seasonal)
Compensation:
- Hourly wage commission performance bonuses
