The Sales & Partnerships Manager is responsible for driving revenue through sponsorship sales, group ticketing, and the Bells Family Pass Program. This role focuses on building strong relationships with local businesses, organizations, and community groups while creating meaningful partnerships that enhance the fan experience and support the Bellingham Bells’ mission.
Sponsorship Sales & Activation
- Prospect, sell, and renew corporate sponsorships and advertising partnerships
- Develop customized sponsorship proposals that align partner goals with Bells assets
- Coordinate with internal departments to ensure sponsor deliverables are fulfilled accurately and on time
- Maintain strong, ongoing relationships with sponsors through regular communication and service
Group Events & Ticket Sales
- Sell and manage group ticket packages for businesses, schools, nonprofits, and community organizations
- Coordinate group event details, including seating, promotions, and in-game recognition
- Work with clients to create memorable ballpark experiences that encourage repeat business
Bells Family Pass Program
- Assist with sales efforts for the Bells Family Pass Program, including outreach to families, organizations, and community partners
- Track sales, manage program fulfillment, and assist with renewals
- Collaborate with marketing staff to promote the program throughout the season
Sales Operations & Administration
- Track leads, sales activity, and client communication using CRM and ticketing systems
- Meet or exceed established sales goals and performance metrics
Community & Game Day Engagement
- Represent the Bellingham Bells at community events, networking opportunities, and home games
- Provide game-day support for sponsors, group leaders, and guests as needed
