Bellhop is an Indianapolis cleaning company making it easier to get a little help—and we're building a team of Bellhops to make it happen.
SO... WHAT DOES A BELLHOP ACTUALLY DO?
It depends on what gets booked.
One customer might need someone to tackle the dishes they've been avoiding all week.
Another might book you to deep-clean their fridge, reset the kitchen or give the bathroom a good scrub.
Someone else might just need an extra pair of hands around the house for a couple of hours.
And beyond homes, Bellhop also handles commercial cleaning, turnovers and larger projects where we'll put a crew together.
Basically: people need help. We send a Bellhop.
THE NICE PART? YOUR WEEK CAN STILL BE YOUR WEEK.
Bellhop is designed to work around real life.
Your availability can change. You can have another job. You can be in school. You can already clean elsewhere. You don't need to promise us the same five days every week just to be part of the team.
More availability means more opportunities to make money with Bellhop. Less availability means we'll see you when you've got more time again.
No weird guilt trip.
When you're on a Bellhop job, we want you to do great work and take good care of the customer. Beyond that, we're looking for good people we'd actually enjoy having on the team.
Cleaning experience is a plus. You'll need reliable transportation to get to Bellhop jobs throughout the Indianapolis area.
WHAT BELLHOP HANDLES
We bring the customers.
We handle the bookings.
We handle scheduling and payment.
We tell you what was booked and what needs to be done.
You handle the clean.
Pay: $18-$20/hour 100% of customer tips
