At Belleza Colombiana we help people feel comfortable in their own skin. We are a body contouring spa specializing in personalized, non-invasive, non-surgical, and no down time treatments.
We are growing and seeking an experienced body contouring specialist for immediate hire. Prior spa and retail sales experience required. Experience in the medical/plastic surgery/aesthetic space desired.

Job duties include (but are not limited to):
- Analyze, consult and perform body aesthetic spa therapies in a professional and comfortable setting
- Perform a variety of facial and body treatments designed to increase, improve or maintain the client’s health and self esteem.
- Exceptional customer service skills providing an unparalleled pampered experience for clients.
- Experience with post-operative and post-procedure techniques is a plus. Medical Spa, Dermatology or Plastic Surgery industry experience is a plus
- Resolve guest challenges with professional decorum
- Excellent knowledge of all spa services and retail products
- Exceed minimum daily/weekly target sales goals.
- Health conscious, proper grooming and a professional appearance
- Maintain a clean and sanitary work environment adhering to all health and safety standards including Covid prevention procedures by wearing a mask and checking temperatures of all guests and salon professionals.
Job Requirements:
- Punctual, reliable and flexible work schedule a must!
- Team player, resourceful, proactive and willing to jump in as needed
- Health conscious, proper grooming and a professional appearance
- Proficient computer skills (Millennium experience a plus), (Square, internet, etc)
- Drive conversions and sales
- Exceptional customer service skills
- Must possess good physical, mental, and emotional health
- Ability to lift up to 30 lbs and stand for the duration of the shift
- Adhere to health and safety standards. Maintain Covid requirements.
- Ensure Confidentiality agreements are upheld
- Ability to work independently and problem solve
- Bilingual (English / Spanish) desired
- Weekend availability is a must
