Luxury Condominium seeking a seasoned hospitality professional. The ideal candidate should have experience as a front desk clerk, front desk agent, front desk attendant, guest services representative or concierge in the hospitality field or retail experience. This candidate should: be well spoken, present themselves professionally, be hospitality oriented, responsible, well groomed, able to work solo and stay focused and responsible. Promote positive, proactive resident relations by working to make the condo living experience of the highest quality.
Provide the highest level of customer service at all time.
Display a high level of integrity and professionalism at all times in dealing with owners, residents, guests, employees and outside vendors.
Assure the rules are followed but always look for a win-win.

Recording accurate data on owner and resident information, requests and concerns.

Creative problem solving, don't just quote the rules.
Maintain filing, communications and record keeping in accordance with Company policies and procedures.
Must be able to pass drug test and background check.
Performs additional duties as assigned.
Kneeling, lifting 50 pounds, pulling large dumpsters with the assistance of a pallet jack, walking stairwells, sitting and standing for extended periods of time.
Responsibilities:
- Greet and welcome residents and visitors in a friendly and professional manner
- Handle resident inquiries, requests, and complaints promptly and efficiently
Experience:
- Previous experience in a customer service role, preferably in the hospitality industry
- Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to handle difficult situations calmly and professionally
- Bilingual or multilingual skills are a plus
Please note that this position will require working weekends and potentially swing or even graveyard (very few)
