Responsibilities
- Lead and supervise all hotel departments, including front desk, housekeeping, food and beverage, and guest services, ensuring seamless coordination and high-quality service delivery.
- Oversee daily operations such as reservations, check-ins, check-outs, and guest inquiries to provide a smooth and welcoming experience.
- Manage hotel revenue through effective revenue management strategies, including pricing adjustments, occupancy optimization, and promotional initiatives.
- Develop and implement policies to ensure compliance with health, safety, and hospitality standards across the property.
- Recruit, train, and evaluate staff members; foster a positive team environment focused on exceptional customer service.
- Handle guest relations by addressing complaints promptly and professionally to maintain high satisfaction levels.
- Oversee budgeting processes, including expense control, financial reporting, and cost management to maximize profitability.
- Coordinate with human resources for staffing needs, employee development programs, and performance evaluations.
- Ensure proper operation of multi-line phone systems with excellent phone etiquette to assist guests efficiently.
- Conduct night audits when necessary to verify daily financial transactions and maintain accurate records.
Skills

- Proven supervising experience in hospitality or hotel management roles with strong leadership skills.
