**Bachelor’s Degree in human services field and/or social work preferred
GENERAL DESCRIPTION:
The Services Coordinator is responsible for maintaining a flexible, individualized process of interaction to assist the families of eligible children, ages 0-3, within the Bellevue Public Schools. This process includes identifying and meeting the needs of both the children and families through the coordination of informal and formal supports. This individual will exhibit strong standards of professional ethics when relating to staff, students, parents, administration, and the community.
The Services Coordinator must have the ability to work with families as equal partners, work with a team, including dynamics of group interaction, conflict resolution and process evaluation; help develop an atmosphere in which team members feel comfortable and valued, communicate with people from a variety of backgrounds and education levels; network with other professionals, understand the need for confidentiality and abide by all acceptable standards in safeguarding service coordination records and all services activity involving the family; organize records and make them understandable to others.
