Bellevue Club is looking for a full-time General Accountant to join our finance team! This role provides accounts receivable and billing support to members, guests, and management, including payments, adjustments, inquiries, research, and dispute resolution. This role also provides accounting support to the Club, including general accounting functions, account reconciliations, research, process improvement, and financial reporting.

Bellevue Club is looking for a full-time General Accountant to join our finance team! - Post monthly dues, other recurring transactions, payments, adjustments, and other entries to membership accounts and other receivables and ensure the appropriate financial recording of all transactions.
- Maintain and manage membership accounts and other receivable accounts, monitor account transactions, provide billing assistance, direct and provide information about account inquiries, and facilitate the resolution of account inquiries and disputes.
- Regularly update the Membership Team, other departments, and management as needed with account information, communication, issues, and disputes.
- Prepare daily cash deposit and remote check deposit.
- Manage and resolve check and ACH returns.
- Manage aging reports, communication documentation, and metrics/KPI reporting.
- Manage daily and other periodic sales reporting.
- Work with departments to ensure inter-departmental transactions are appropriately recorded.
- Ensure subledgers are kept accurate and provide recommendations for adjustments.
- Participate in month-end closing, including journal entries, research, account reconciliations, financial reporting, etc.
- Maintain policies and procedures and provide recommendations for updates and process improvements.
- Train and provide educational tools to management and employees as needed.
- Identify and participate in ad-hoc projects as needed.
- Complete other duties which may be assigned.
