FOH Server/Bartender

Responsibilities:

• Greet and welcome guests as they arrive at the restaurant.
• Present menus and provide detailed information about the dishes and beverages available.
• Take accurate food and drink orders from guests and enter them into the POS system.
• Relay orders to the kitchen and ensure timely delivery of food and beverages.
• Serve food and drinks to guests in a prompt and courteous manner.
• Check guest satisfaction and address any concerns or special requests.
• Prepare and deliver the check to guests, process payments, and provide accurate change.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area, including setting up tables and refilling condiments.
• Collaborate with other team members to ensure smooth and efficient operation of the restaurant.
• Follow all food safety and hygiene regulations.

Requirements:

• Previous experience as a server or in a customer service role is preferred.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in order taking and delivering.
• Knowledge of food and beverage menus and ingredients.
• Ability to handle cash transactions and operate a POS system.
• Flexibility to work in shifts, including weekends and holidays.
• Must be able to stand and walk for extended periods of time.
• Must adhere to grooming and uniform standards.
