Job Summary :
The FOH Manager at The Reef is responsible for overseeing daily front-of-house operations, ensuring exceptional guest experiences, and managing the FOH team. This role requires strong leadership, problem-solving skills, and a passion for hospitality.
Key Responsibilities :
- Oversee daily FOH operations, including service flow, reservations, and guest satisfaction.
- Lead and manage FOH staff, including servers, bartenders, hosts, bussers, food runners, and bar-backs.
- Train, mentor, and develop staff to maintain high service standards.
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and sanitation regulations.
- Handle guest concerns and resolve issues professionally.
- Assist with hiring, scheduling, and performance management of FOH staff.
- Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with the bar and kitchen teams for restocking needs.
- Collaborate with the BOH team to ensure seamless communication and service execution.
- Assist with marketing initiatives, promotions, and special events.
- Maintain POS systems, manage cash handling procedures, and oversee end-of-shift reporting.
