Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and serve classic and signature cocktails, wine, beer, and non-alcoholic beverages to fine dining standards
- Possess in-depth knowledge of spirits, wine, beer, and cocktail techniques
- Engage guests with professional, warm, and knowledgeable service
- Maintain cleanliness, organization, and proper setup of the bar area
- Accurately follow recipes and presentation standards for all beverages
- Monitor guest alcohol consumption and adhere to all responsible serving laws
- Collaborate closely with servers and management to support seamless service
- Take and process orders using the POS system with accuracy
- Manage bar inventory, restocking, and prep as assigned
- Handle guest concerns with courtesy and professionalism
- Uphold all health, safety, and sanitation guidelines
Qualifications & Skills
- Previous fine dining or upscale bar experience preferred
- Strong knowledge of mixology, spirits, wine, and bar etiquette
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
