Work Hours: Tuesday-Saturday, 8:30 AM - 5:00 PM

Position Overview:
We are currently seeking a passionate, friendly, and Washington-licensed Master Esthetician with exceptional interpersonal skills and a warm, bubbly, client-focused personality. The ideal candidate thrives in a luxury aesthetic environment, effortlessly building rapport and delivering a welcoming experience for every patient.
A minimum of 1 year of experience in advanced aesthetic treatments is required. Candidates should be skilled in performing laser and radiofrequency procedures such as Thermage, Ultherapy Prime, Laser Hair Removal, Morpheus8 RF Microneedling, IPL, Onda Pro (as one of the first 10 clinics nationwide to offer this technology), Fractional Laser, and other skin-tightening technologies. Strong knowledge of advanced skincare techniques, meticulous attention to detail, and a genuine dedication to providing outstanding client care are essential.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform comprehensive skin assessments and consultations to understand clients’ goals and needs.
- Assess client suitability for treatments and deliver services on the same day when appropriate.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date treatment records in clients’ medical charts.
- Follow up with clients to ensure satisfaction and encourage continued service engagement.
- Educate clients on the treatment process, including pre- and post-care instructions.
- Keep treatment rooms pristine, organized, and prepared for each appointment.
- Highlight additional services and product offerings to clients.
- Assist with inventory control.
- Collaborate with the team and physicians to support aesthetic procedures.
- Work both independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
Qualifications:
- Valid Washington State Master Esthetician license
- Minimum 1 year of experience working as a Master Esthetician
- Phlebotomy certification is a plus (preferred)
- Multilingual, with Chinese proficiency preferred
