What We Offer
Total compensation is individualized based on experience, schedule (full-time or part-time), location, and production. Compensation may include base salary, production incentives, sign-on bonus, relocation assistance, and other applicable benefits and incentives. Total compensation package for the first year might range from $120,000-$180,000 .

Job Description
What You'll Do:
- Lead and mentor a team of veterinarians and support staff
- Promote medical excellence and high-quality patient care
- Partner with hospital leadership to support growth and operational success
- Help establish and maintain medical protocols and best practices
- Foster a positive, collaborative hospital culture
- Continue practicing medicine and building client relationships
- Established and respected presence in the Little Rock community
- AAHA-accredited hospital
- Diverse medical and surgical caseload
- Strong support team
- Modern diagnostic and treatment capabilities
- Opportunity to influence the future direction of the hospital
- Flexible leadership role with clinical autonomy
- DVM or equivalent degree
- Active Arkansas veterinary license (or ability to obtain)
- Strong communication and leadership skills

- Previous leadership experience is a plus but not required
