We are seeking Day and Night shift CNA's.
Responsibilities of the CNA:
- Provide hands-on personal care and assistance with daily living activities (ADLs), including bathing, dressing, toileting, and feeding.
- Assist residents with mobility, positioning, and transferring using proper techniques.
- Monitor and report changes in residents' physical or emotional conditions to nursing staff.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and comfortable environment for residents.
- Record vital signs, intake/output, and other observations accurately and promptly
- Foster a caring and respectful relationship with residents and their families.
- Collaborate with LPNs, RNs, and other staff to ensure consistent and high-quality care.
- Uphold resident dignity, independence, and rights in all interactions.
Qualifications of the CNA:
- Active Certified Nursing Assistant certification in the state of Missouri
- Previous experience in a long-term care or skilled nursing facility preferred
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Compassionate, patient, and respectful demeanor
- Ability to work effectively as part of a healthcare team
- Dependable with strong attention to detail and time management skills
