Part-Time Cook

Belle’s Sports Bar is looking for an experienced cook to join our team for at least 3 nights per week. We’re looking for someone dependable, organized, and comfortable working in a fast-paced kitchen environment.

This is more than just a line cook role. Ownership values team input and encourages new ideas to help improve kitchen operations and streamline the back of house. There is room for growth for the right person.

Schedule

• Part-time evening shifts
• Typical hours are 4:00 PM – 11:00 PM
• Minimum availability of 3 nights per week

Responsibilities

• Prepare and cook menu items according to recipes and quality standards
• Assist with food prep, station setup, stocking, and closing duties
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of kitchen areas
• Follow all food safety and sanitation guidelines
• Communicate effectively with kitchen staff during busy shifts
• Help minimize waste and maintain proper food storage procedures
• Work independently while keeping a strong team mindset

Qualifications

• 3 years of cooking experience preferred
• Strong knife skills and kitchen fundamentals
• Ability to work efficiently in a high-volume environment
• Reliable, team-oriented, and detail-focused
• Must be able to stand for long periods and lift up to 25 lbs
• Culinary training is a plus, but not required
