We’re looking for passionate and driven individuals to join our growing team at Aria Couture, a formalwear superstore specializing in prom, bridal, and special occasion gowns.

We are currently hiring for:

Key Holder (Full-Time)

Sales Associates (Part-Time & Full-Time)

What You’ll Do

• Deliver exceptional customer service to help clients feel confident and beautiful as they shop for life’s most important moments.
• Support customers with selecting and styling gowns for proms, weddings, galas, and milestone events.
• Assist with fitting room consultations and recommend accessories to complete the look.
• Maintain an organized, clean, and welcoming store environment.
• Process transactions efficiently and accurately.
• For Key Holders: Open/close the store, lead team members during shifts, and assist with basic operational duties.

Qualifications

• Previous retail or customer service experience (formalwear experience is a plus).
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Passion for fashion and helping people feel their best.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Must be reliable, punctual, and a team player.

Preferences (Not Required)

• Experience in bridal or formalwear sales.
• Styling or visual merchandising skills.
• Ability to work evenings, weekends, and during peak seasons (prom & wedding season).
• Leadership experience for Key Holder applicants.

• Key Holders: Must have open availability for evenings and weekends.
• Sales Associates: Flexible part-time and full-time schedules available.
