Bellefonte Area School District is accepting applications for the position of Anticipated Cafeteria Worker.
Duties: Responsible for preparing food, serving meals and cleaning the cafeteria.
Qualifications:
Academic: Minimum – High school diploma.
Experience: Preferred - Experience working in food service operations.
Mathematical: Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide all units of measure.
Communication: Ability to pleasantly and effectively interact with students and staff.
Work Day: 9:15 am to 12:15 pm; 3.0 hours/day (subject to change)
Work Year: 180 days/year; 9-month position
Level: C - Minimum Pay Rate (2025-2026 SY)

Up-to-date Act 34, Act 151 and Act 114 (FBI fingerprint via PA Dept of Education) clearances must be attached to your online application to be considered for an interview. Clearances more than five (5) years old will not be accepted. FBI Fingerprint clearance must be done via PA Dept of Education. If the FBI Clearance does not list a PAE number, it is not a valid clearance for an educational institution.
Act 168 disclosure releases will need completed prior to hire. Current physical and TB results will be required from hired candidate.
