Overview:
We are seeking a F/T Dental Assistant to join our office. X-RAY certification preferred. We are a family friendly office and provide a very supportive environment for our staff and patients.
Responsibilities:
- Assist the dentist during dental procedures, ensuring patient comfort and safety
- Prepare treatment rooms for patient examinations and procedures --- -Take dental imaging as required
- Maintain infection control protocols and adhere to HIPAA/OSHA guidelines
- Manage patient records in chart as needed
- Educate patients on oral hygiene practices and post-treatment care
- Sterilize and maintain dental instruments and equipment
-Take impressions and pour models
- Perform other tasks as needed (including helping front office)
