- Maintain accurate data entry and transcription of incident reports, call logs, and dispatch records
- Utilize medical terminology and first aid knowledge to assist with medical emergencies over the phone
- Conduct phone triage to assess situations accurately, providing instructions or escalating as needed
- Manage conflict resolution and negotiation during high-stress situations while maintaining calm communication
