YOUR ROLE
Customer Experience & Sales
- Provide warm, attentive, personalized customer service and styling.
- Perform professional bra fittings (comprehensive training provided).
- Build lasting customer relationships and help achieve store sales goals.
- Assist customers in person, by phone, and by email.
- Process sales, returns, exchanges, gift cards, and gift wrapping.
Boutique Operations & Merchandising
- Maintain the store's beautiful appearance through merchandising, displays, seasonal decorating, and light cleaning.
- Receive, prepare, tag, and organize inventory.
- Assist with daily store operations and administrative tasks.
- Communicate regularly with management regarding priorities and store needs.
- As experience and qualifications develop, take on additional responsibilities and opportunities to work independently.

SCHEDULE
- Shifts fall within our store hours of 11 AM–7 PM, seven days a week.
- Weekend availability is required.
- Scheduling flexibility is important, including occasional adjustments based on store needs.
- Availability during our busiest holiday periods, particularly Christmas, Valentine's Day, and Small Business Saturday, is required.
- Following training and advancement, shifts may be worked independently or alongside other team members.
COMPENSATION & BENEFITS
Estimated earnings: $24–$36/hour, including commissions, with opportunities for continued growth
At Bellefleur, your earning potential goes well beyond your base hourly wage. Our unique commission structure rewards teamwork and gives you the opportunity to earn commissions on ALL store sales, not just your own.That includes:
- All in-store sales, including purchases made with other employees
- All online sales
- All Bellefleur Club sales
No sales quotas to qualify for commissions, and no commission cap.
Paid Training & Rapid Advancement
You'll begin with approximately 4 weeks of paid, hands-on training at $22.50/hour (based on full-time hours). After completing training and demonstrating proficiency, you'll be eligible to advance to a commission-earning position, with estimated total earnings of $24–$27/hour based on typical store sales.
Our structured career development program offers opportunities for additional raises, higher commission rates, specialized roles, and leadership positions as you grow with Bellefleur. Experienced stylists have estimated earning potential of $28–$36 /hour, achievable within the first 9 months of full-time employment (longer for part time).

Compensation includes a $22.50/hour starting base wage, plus commissions following advancement from training. Commission is calculated on total store sales during shifts worked, including online and Bellefleur Club sales. Actual earnings depend on sales volume, hours worked, performance, and advancement. Commission eligibility begins after 160 hours worked (approximately four weeks full-time; longer for part-time employees). Advancement and estimated earnings are not guaranteed.
