JOB SUMMARY:
The Regional Outreach and Marketing Specialist’s primary function is to secure an ongoing source of appropriate referrals for all out-of-home care service programs of Bellefaire Jewish Children’s Bureau. The Regional Outreach and Marketing Specialist will travel extensively within Ohio to secure appropriate referrals for residential programs. The Regional Outreach Admissions Specialist will also be responsible for facilitating relationships with county Department of Child and Family Services (DCFS) and juvenile court entities across the state to expand Bellefaire’ s referral pipeline. The Regional Outreach and Marketing Specialist will be professionally attired at all times and be able to converse intelligently with a wide variety of audiences including government, educational, legal, and direct consumers and their families. Extensive travel (at least 50% of job), including overnight trips is an essential part of this job’s responsibility.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES:
- Through travel as noted above, market programs and services to outside agencies and referral sources across the assigned region, as well as other forms of current and prospective purchasers of services, including educational partners, families, their guardians, attorneys, and representatives.
- Connect with county DCFS and juvenile courts throughout the State of Ohio to establish a network of providers who understand the benefits of utilization of Bellefaire’ s array of residential programs.
- Plan, strategize, identify and report trends and service needs from and about prospective customers.
- Develop and maintain marketing database.
- Coordinate presentations and represent the Agency at trade shows, exhibits conferences and related meetings that present as opportunities to increase Agency market share in each of specific programs, i.e. Residential Treatment and Monarch Service for Children with Autism.
- Maintain contact with key persons from various agencies through face-to-face meetings, phone, mail, e-mail or other electronic media, in order to keep agencies informed of available services and to maintain awareness of referral source needs.
- Complete weekly marketing activity reports.
- Coordinate contacts with state and local organizations and maintain such relationships.
- Other duties as assigned by management.
- Attend scheduled staff meetings, supervision and on-going training.
- All required trainings, certifications and licensure must be kept current in accordance with applicable licensing and accreditation regulations and standards.
- Respect the privacy of clients and hold in confidence all information obtained during the client’s treatment. All client-related documents should be handled in accordance with Agency guidelines on confidential material.
- Maintain high standards of ethical and professional conduct and adhere to Agency policies and procedures.
- Other duties as assigned by management.
- Education: Minimum Bachelor’s Degree required.
- Licensure: Valid Ohio Social Work or Counseling license preferred.

- Experience: 3-5 years marketing and/or sales experience required.
