Job Description:
Belle Via Spa in Encinitas is seeking a skilled and passionate Esthetician or Medical Esthetician to join our spa team. This position focuses on providing high-quality facial and body treatments in a relaxing, professional spa environment. The ideal candidate is client-focused, knowledgeable in skincare, and dedicated to delivering excellent results and experiences.
Responsibilities:
- Perform facial treatments, including customized facials and advanced skincare services
- Provide body treatments such as body contouring, body sculpting, and skin-tightening services .
- Conduct thorough skin and body consultations
- Recommend appropriate treatments and skincare products
- Educate clients on treatment benefits and post-care instructions
- Maintain accurate client records and treatment notes
- Follow all health, safety, and sanitation standards
- Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming treatment room
- Provide excellent customer service and build long-term client relationships
Requirements:
- Valid California Esthetician License (required)
- Experience with facial and body treatments preferred
- Medical spa or advanced esthetics experience is a plus
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Professional appearance and positive attitude
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Willingness to learn new treatments and techniques
