Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Server to join our team in a vibrant dining environment. The ideal candidate will have a passion for providing exceptional customer service and a strong understanding of food service operations. As a Server, you will play a crucial role in ensuring our guests have an enjoyable dining experience, from taking orders to delivering food and beverages promptly.
Minimum of 2 years experience as a server required .
Responsibilities
- Greet and seat guests in a friendly manner, ensuring they feel welcomed.
- Take accurate food and drink orders using the POS system.
- Serve food and beverages in a timely manner while maintaining high standards of presentation.
- Ensure cleanliness and sanitation of the dining area, adhering to health and safety regulations.
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing guest inquiries and resolving any issues that may arise.
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure efficient service and timely delivery of orders.
- Maintain knowledge of menu items, including ingredients and preparation methods, to assist guests with their selections.
- Process payments accurately and efficiently at the end of each meal service.
Skills
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to engage positively with guests.
- Experience in the food industry, particularly in food service or hospitality settings.
- Knowledge of sanitation practices to maintain a clean and safe dining environment.
- Excellent time management skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently during busy periods.

- Familiarity with nightclub or guest services is a plus but not required.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced kitchen environment while maintaining professionalism under pressure.
