Responsibilities
• Perform venipuncture and specimen collection with precision and professionalism
• Process and prepare lab specimens for send-out
• Manage front desk duties including scheduling, patient check-in, and EMR documentation
• Handle patient communications with warmth and confidentiality
• Maintain supplies, equipment, and lab compliance standards
Requirements
• Certified Phlebotomist (CPT) or CMA with phlebotomy experience required
• Minimum 1 year of clinical or draw-site experience
• English proficiency required
• Strong interpersonal skills and professional demeanor
• Commitment to patient privacy and HIPAA compliance
• Available for immediate start
Compensation & Benefits
• Starting at $22/hr, commensurate with experience
