Job Summary
We are seeking a dynamic and passionate Aesthetic Registered Nurse to join our innovative team dedicated to enhancing clients’ natural beauty and confidence. In this role, you will deliver expert aesthetic treatments, including dermal fillers, botulinum toxin injections, and microneedling with PRP/PRF and more, while providing exceptional patient care in a vibrant, supportive environment. Duties
- Perform aesthetic procedures such as dermal fillers, botulinum toxin treatments, and microneedling with precision and care.
- Conduct comprehensive patient assessments to determine suitability for various aesthetic treatments.
- Educate clients on treatment options, expected outcomes, aftercare procedures, and potential risks to ensure informed decision-making.
- Maintain strict adherence to aseptic techniques and infection control protocols during all procedures.
- Document all treatments accurately in electronic health record (EHR) systems, including medical history, consent forms, and post-treatment notes while working in collaboration with an advanced practice provider and/or physician.
- Monitor patient responses during procedures and manage any adverse reactions promptly and effectively.
- Stay current with industry advancements, emerging technologies, and best practices in medical aesthetics to continually enhance service quality.
Skills
- Valid registered nursing license with current Tennessee licensure.
- Proven experience in aesthetic nursing procedures such as dermal fillers and botulinum toxin injections.
- Strong knowledge of anatomy, physiology, and skin biology relevant to aesthetic treatments.
- Excellent patient communication skills with the ability to educate and reassure clients effectively.
- Ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team while maintaining high standards of safety and professionalism.

Pay: $50,000.00 - $125,000.00 per year
