Belle Haven Country Club located in Alexandria Virginia has excellent opportunities for a full-time junior maintenance technician. Must be knowledgeable in plumbing, electric, HVAC, appliances, lighting and life safety equipment. Be willing to work weekends and some weekdays. 1-3 years prior maintenance experience required

- Assist with maintaining Club, performing minor repairs and routine painting, plumbing, electrical wiring, and other related maintenance activities.
- Replace air conditioner filters.
- Maintain standards of quality member service.
- Tend to pool area including chemical balancing, cleaning, etc.
- Scrupulously adhere to all safety standards and preventative maintenance schedules
- Promptly respond to and resolve work order requests, complaints, or questions in a courteous and timely manner.
