- Administration
- Maintain standards of food, beverage, and promote quality member service.
- Achieve budgeted revenues and expenses to maximize profitability related to the food and beverage department.
- Contribute, measure and add to member satisfaction.
- Develop short- and long-term financial and operational plans for the food and beverage department that relate to the overall objectives of the Club.
- Participate in the preparation of the annual Club budget.
- Increase level of member satisfaction by delivering exceptional products and employee development/engagement.
- Manage in compliance with Federal, state, local, and club regulations and standards.
- Maintain and correct procedures for credit control, financial transactions, security of financial assets, and inventory control.
- Respond and resolve member requests, complaints, or questions in a courteous and timely manner.
- Ability to accurately use various office and accounting software. JONAS/Paylocity/MS Outlook/MS programs, Excel
- Handel Safe Serve, TIPS training and other training modules quarterly and annually.
- Support
- Must have a comprehensive knowledge of the English language to effectively communicate with members, associates, and vendors.
- Ability to assist with the design and preparation of statistical reports and presentations as needed.
- Ability to accurately report information.
- Ability to assist with various banquets, events and accounting departments tasks as needed.
- Ability to scrupulously follow all Belle Haven Country Club policies, club bylaws and procedures.
- Attend required meetings.

- Must have exceptional mathematical and computer skills.
- High school education and relevant training and experience required. Additional education preferred.
- Ability to timely obtain any required licenses or certificates.
- CPR/AED training required; first aid training preferred.
- Additional language ability preferred
