Key Responsibilities
- Provide direct nursing care according to individualized care plans.
- Administer medications and treatments, ensuring accurate documentation.
- Perform clinical assessments and monitor changes in residents’ conditions.
- Assist physicians during rounds and exams.
- Communicate effectively with residents’ families and care team members.
- Ensure compliance with safety, health, and quality regulations.
- Foster a respectful, positive, and collaborative team environment.
- Current LPN license valid in New Jersey.
- Graduate of an accredited LPN or vocational nursing program.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a care team.
- Provide negative TB test upon hire.
- Strong communication, organizational skills, and attention to detail.
