What are the responsibilities and job description for the PCA Personal Care Assistant position at Belle Ame PCS?
We are currently looking for a dynamic PCA to fill an immediate opening. The qualified candidate should be reliable and able to work patiently with the client. The position is located in Suwanee, Ga. This position is part-time with the potential to become full-time and the duties include light cleaning and assisting the client with ADL's. EXPERIENCE IS REQUIRED
· Light housekeeping
· Meal prep
· Errands
· Engage clients in activities like reading and talking
Qualified candidates must be reliable, trustworthy, and be an experienced personal care aide.
· High school diploma or equivalent
· Reliable transportation
· Must be at least 18 years old
· Must be able to pass a criminal background check
· Must be able to provide references
· Ability to work with limited supervision
· Ability to follow written and verbal instructions
· Have good personal hygiene
· 1 year work experience as a PCA or Caregiver
ADDITIONAL REQUIREMENTS
Valid GA ID Social Security Card Current TB test or Chest X- Ray CPR/first aide certificate
