We are looking for an Office Assistant to join our team and provide administrative support to our staff. The successful candidate will be responsible for handling incoming calls, organizing files, and performing other clerical tasks as needed. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, be highly organized, and possess a strong attention to detail.
Responsibilities:
- Answer phones and direct calls to the appropriate person.
- Receiving and sorting daily mail/deliveries
- Organize and maintain filing systems.
- Arrange travel and accommodations, and prepare vouchers for team.
- Assist with data entry and other administrative tasks.
- Perform other clerical receptionist duties such as, returning client phone calls, filing, photocopying, emailing, faxing, and assisting with the needs of all team members.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $30,000.00 - $45,000.00 per year
