Position Summary
Bellatrix is seeking a Foreign Disclosure Representative to support a Department of Defense command's foreign disclosure program. In this role, you will review information and products for release to foreign partners and coalition forces in accordance with national disclosure policy, and serve as a key advisor to staff and leadership on disclosure matters.
Key Responsibilities
- Review intelligence and operational information/products for foreign disclosure releasability.
- Advise staff and leadership on foreign disclosure policy, restrictions, and approval processes.
- Coordinate foreign disclosure requests with higher headquarters and disclosure authorities.
- Maintain foreign disclosure records, delegation of disclosure authority (DDL) documents, and related tracking logs.
- Support coalition and multinational information-sharing efforts and exercises.
- Provide foreign disclosure training/awareness to staff sections as needed.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree preferred; equivalent military/DoD foreign disclosure or international affairs experience will be considered.
- 3 years of experience in foreign disclosure, international engagement, or intelligence support roles.
- Minimum SECRET clearance required (interim TOP SECRET/SCI acceptable; TS/SCI preferred).
- Familiarity with National Disclosure Policy (NDP-1) and DoD foreign disclosure procedures.
- Strong judgment, attention to detail, and communication skills.

Additional Information
- This position is contingent upon contract award and successful completion of a background investigation/security clearance adjudication.
- U.S. citizenship is required.
- Candidate must be able to obtain and maintain the security clearance level indicated above.
- Full-time position; work is performed on-site at a U.S. Department of Defense installation.
