What are the responsibilities and job description for the Advanced Radiation Therapy Adjunct - Bellarmine University position at Bellarmine University?
The adjunct faculty member will teach Advanced Radiation Therapy to students admitted to the Radiation Therapy program. The position requires current knowledge of radiation therapy practices, including emerging technologies and related quality assurance standards.
Preferred candidates will have prior teaching experience in a JRCERT-accredited program.
The course will be taught during the Fall 2026 semester, from August 20 through December 10, 2026. Classes will be delivered online in a synchronous format, with the schedule determined jointly by the Program Director and the adjunct faculty member.
Job Requirements:
- Graduate of a Joint Review Committee on Education in Radiologic Technology (JRCERT) program;
- Minimum five (5) years teaching in a JRCERT approved program;
- Minimum three (3) years of experience as a radiation therapist;
- Masters degree in Radiologic Sciences from a regionally accredited institution;
- Current ARRT registration in radiation therapy; and
- Current Kentucky license as a Radiation Therapist.
