Core Functions and Duties:
- Production Management:
- Plan, organize, and oversee the entire production process for a fall play and a spring musical.
- Auditions and Casting:
- Conduct auditions, assess student talents, and make casting decisions.
- Provide guidance and mentorship to students throughout the audition process.
- Rehearsals:
- Develop and implement a rehearsal schedule that accommodates students' academic commitments.
- Instruct and guide actors in acting techniques, character development, and stage presence.
- Collaboration and Inclusivity:
- Foster a collaborative and inclusive environment, encouraging the participation of students from diverse backgrounds.
- Work closely with other departments to integrate theatrical experiences into the broader school curriculum.
- Set Design and Technical Aspects:
