Job Overview
Bellard’s Poultry is seeking a reliable and hardworking individual to join our team as a Delivery Driver / Chicken Cutter. This dual-role position requires someone who is comfortable both on the road and in a hands-on food preparation environment. The ideal candidate will safely deliver products to customers while also preparing (cutting and processing) chicken for their assigned route.
Key Responsibilities
Delivery Duties:
- Safely operate a company vehicle to deliver poultry products to customers on a designated route
- Load and unload products efficiently and accurately
- Verify delivery orders and maintain proper documentation
- Provide friendly and professional customer service
- Follow all traffic laws and company safety policies
Chicken Cutting / Processing Duties:
- Cut, portion, and prepare chicken according to company standards
- Ensure product quality and consistency for deliveries
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of work area and tools
- Follow all food safety and handling regulations
- Package and organize products for route distribution
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
- Ability to lift and carry up to [50–75 lbs] regularly
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, physically demanding environment
- Willingness to handle raw poultry and perform butchering tasks
- Strong attention to detail and time management skills
- Dependable, punctual, and self-motivated
- Good communication and customer service skills
Preferred Qualifications
- Previous delivery driving experience
- Experience in meat cutting, butchering, or food processing
- Knowledge of food safety standards
Work Environment
- Combination of driving routes and working in a processing area
- Exposure to cold environments and raw poultry products

Pay: $10.00 - $16.00 per hour
