No company-provided leads. This role is for motivated sales professionals who are comfortable generating their own opportunities and closing residential roofing jobs from inspection through contract.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to target residential clients within assigned territories, leveraging lead generation and territory management techniques.
- Generate your own leads (door-to-door, referrals, networking)
- Perform residential roof inspections
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships through effective account management, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and repeat business.
- Identify new business opportunities door to door sales, networking, and utilizing CRM software for lead tracking and follow-up.
- Manage the entire sales cycle from initial contact to closing.
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries promptly, resolving concerns efficiently, and upselling additional services when appropriate.
Experience
- Proven track record in sales, or retail sales with a focus on roofing siding and gutter sales.
- Experience managing a territory effectively through territory management skills and strategic planning.
- Familiarity with CRM software such as Sugar or similar platforms for lead generation, pipeline management, and customer follow-up.
- Strong negotiation skills
- Demonstrated success in door to door, direct sales, or territory sales environments.
