As a Medication Nursing Assistant, you will play a vital role in ensuring the health, safety, and well-being of our residents by:
Administering medications according to physician orders and established protocols
Ensuring accurate medication dosages and timely administration
Monitoring residents for reactions or changes in condition
Maintaining accurate medication documentation and records
Collaborating closely with nursing staff and healthcare providers
Promoting a safe, comfortable, and caring environment for residents
To be considered, candidates must have:
Current Medication Nursing Assistant (MNA) certification in New Hampshire
Current Licensed Nursing Assistant (LNA) license in New Hampshire
Ability to pass a background check
Strong communication and teamwork skills
A commitment to providing exceptional resident care
