Responsibilities
As a Lead Residential HVAC Installer, you will:
- Disassemble and remove old HVAC systems
- Install and commission new residential replacement systems
- Lead a helper/apprentice on install jobs
- Ensure compliance with local inspection codes
- Perform system start-up and troubleshooting when necessary
- Maintain professional customer communication
- Complete installation documentation and checklists
- Represent Bellaire Air with professionalism in every home
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of residential HVAC installation experience
- Comfortable operating in a Lead role with a helper assigned
- Working knowledge of local inspection codes
- EPA Certification (certification assistance may be available)
- Strong work ethic and professional communication skills
- Ability to work in attics, crawl spaces, and lift heavy equipment
- Willingness to work extended hours or weekends when required
- Must pass pre-employment drug screen and background check
- Valid driver’s license with good driving record
