Bellagio Designs is searching for a detail-oriented office clerk with excellent multi-tasking abilities to support our administrative team.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Collect information and perform data entry
- Copies, sorts, and file creation related to office activities (word processing, spreadsheet creation, etc).
- Maintain company files and records to ensure they remain updated and easily accessible.
- Sort and distribute incoming mail and prepare outgoing mail (envelopes, packages, etc.)
- Assist in office management and organization procedures
- Performs other related duties as assigned.
- Assist colleagues whenever necessary.
REQUIREMENTS:
- High school diploma or equivalent qualification.
- Excellent organizational skills
- Familiarity with office management procedures
- Attention to detail
- Proficiency with MS Office.
- Outstanding communication and organizational skills.
