We are seeking a part-time FOH/Waitstaff Manager to become an integral part of our team!
FOH skills are important for this role. Responsibilities include: overseeing the dining room, check-in with customers and balance seating capacity.
We are closed Sundays and most major holidays.
Responsibilities:
· Serve food and beverages to guests
· Explain to guests about menu items
· Clean and prepare the dining area
· Greet and make all guests feel welcome at the restaurant
· Respond to guest inquiries and requests in a timely fashion
· Support and keep waitstaff on task
· Train new and current employees on proper customer service practices
· Coordinate daily Front of the House restaurant operations
· Deliver superior service and maximize customer satisfaction
Qualifications:
· Ability to build rapport with guests
· Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
· Excellent written and verbal communication skills
· Management experience preferred
· Teachable and flexible attitude
