Responsibilities:
- Perform customized facials, chemical peels, and other skincare treatments
- Recommend personalized homecare regimens and maintain detailed client records
- Operate aesthetic devices (e.g., RF, microneedling, LED therapy) – training available
- Educate clients on available services and skincare best practices
- Support a clean, organized, and welcoming treatment space
Qualifications:
- Valid aesthetician license in Florida
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a MedSpa or luxury skincare environment
- Knowledge of medical-grade skincare products and protocols
- Strong interpersonal and sales skills
- Team-oriented with a passion for continued education
