We work without the use of fryers…….which means we don’t provide high fatty fried items rather we OVEN BAKE almost every menu item.
The length of a working shift isn't long and grueling; we close at 8 and 9 pm, so no late nights!

At Bellacino's, we believe in developing people through hands-on experience, leadership training, and accountability. We're looking for someone who wants to learn the business, grow as a leader, and take pride in helping a team succeed.
This is an opportunity for someone who wants to grow beyond their current restaurant role and develop the skills to lead a team.
The position starts at $17 per hour during an approximately 8-10 week training period, with no benefits during the initial training period. During this time, you'll receive hands-on training and leadership guidance from the owner, with an expectation of consistent progress in restaurant operations, team leadership, guest service, and shift management.
Upon successful completion of training and demonstrating readiness to manage shifts independently, the hourly rate increases to $18 per hour, with eligibility for additional benefits and performance-based bonus opportunities.
With continued growth and strong performance, additional incentives may increase your effective hourly compensation by an estimated $3–$4 or more, depending on the bonus structure and results.

Responsibilities:
- Supervise and coordinate all product production
- Oversee guest services and resolve issues
- Ensure service times are met
- Train and manage personnel
- Create and adjust staff schedules to meet restaurant needs
- Adhere to all safety and sanitation regulations
- Maximize profitability and productivity
- Provide opportunities for staff advancements
Requirements:
- Must have a valid driver's license
