Role Overview
We are seeking experienced PCAs and CNAs who are dependable, professional, and passionate about caregiving. This is a client-facing role providing support in private homes, facilities, and hospital settings.
Responsibilities
- Provide personal care assistance (bathing, grooming, dressing, toileting, mobility support)
- Assist with meal preparation, light housekeeping, and companionship
- Support clients in maintaining independence and dignity
- Provide sitter/monitoring services in hospitals or facilities as needed
- Accurately document care and report client status/changes to supervisors
- Maintain professional boundaries, confidentiality, and safety standards
Qualifications
- Must be a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) or Personal Care Aide (PCA) with verifiable experience
- Current CPR/First Aid certification (required)
- TB test within the past 12 months (required)
- Clear criminal background check and valid ID
- Reliable transportation with proof of insurance
- At least 1 year of caregiving experience preferred
- Strong communication, patience, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and follow care plans
