- This is part-time, but not "whenever works for you." We need a reliable, predictable schedule with consistent days and times. However, we know life happens and we accommodate for that if communication is consistent.
- Details are not optional here. Accuracy matters - a lot. If you tend to gloss over small things, rush through work, or say "close enough," you'll be frustrated here and we'll be frustrated too. This role rewards people who genuinely care about getting things right.
- You have to be comfortable in a small, scrappy business. Priorities shift. Systems aren't perfect. Some days things go sideways. When that happens, we need people who stay calm, jump in, and help solve the problem instead of freezing or checking out.
- This is real work, not a filler job. Part-time at Bella Vita does not mean low effort, killing time, or "something to do." The people who succeed here are dependable, and take pride in doing meaningful work - even when it's repetitive or unglamorous.
- You don't need to know everything - but you do need to care. This role is very trainable. What's not trainable is work ethic, accountability, and attention to detail.
- Entry-level to early career, will consider adding responsibilities and pay if your are experienced.
- Trainable, execution-focused role
- Designed to be cost-effective while delivering high operational value
