- Prepare the Bridal Shoppe for appointments, ensuring everything is guest-ready and well-stocked.
- Assist during registry appointments by entering items into Gift Reggie in real time.
- Maintain an organized calendar of showers, appointments, and closings.
- Keep registries accurate and up to date-auditing, editing, and polishing as needed.
- Notify brides of discontinued items and offer thoughtful alternatives.
- Assist guests with in-store registry purchases in a warm, knowledgeable manner.
- Keep the Bridal Shoppe area pristine and charming, reflecting the Bella Vita experience.
- Track key bridal milestones, from gift purchases to thank-you note reminders.
- Complete manual updates and ensure smooth handling of non-automated tasks.
- Stay informed on registry trends and analytics to support continual refinement.
- Ensure that all bridal processes are followed consistently and with care by the team.
