Position Summary
We are seeking an exceptional Nurse Practitioner, Physician Assistant, or Physician who is passionate about helping women achieve optimal health through a comprehensive, proactive approach to medicine.
The ideal candidate is clinically confident, intellectually curious, highly personable, and excited to become a leader within an innovative and rapidly growing program.
This provider will serve as the clinical cornerstone of our Women's Health & Longevity division while collaborating with an experienced leadership team dedicated to education, patient transformation, and community outreach.
What You'll Do
Responsibilities include:
- Perform comprehensive women's health consultations
- Evaluate and interpret advanced laboratory testing
- Diagnose and treat hormone imbalance, menopause, perimenopause, metabolic dysfunction, weight concerns, fatigue, sexual wellness concerns, thyroid disorders, and related conditions
- Develop individualized treatment plans utilizing evidence-based therapies
- Prescribe and manage hormone replacement therapy and weight optimization therapies as appropriate
- Educate patients on nutrition, exercise, sleep, stress management, and lifestyle medicine
- Monitor patient progress through ongoing follow-up visits
- Collaborate closely with aesthetic providers to deliver comprehensive wellness and rejuvenation plans
- Participate in patient education seminars, workshops, podcasts, and community events
- Contribute to the continued development of clinical protocols and program innovation

Qualifications
Required:
- Current Florida license as APRN, PA-C, MD, or DO
- DEA registration (if applicable)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Passion for patient education and relationship-building
- Strong critical thinking and clinical decision-making abilities
- Commitment to evidence-based medicine and continuous learning
Preferred:
- Experience in hormone replacement therapy
- Women's health experience
- Menopause management
- Obesity medicine
- Functional or integrative medicine
- Lifestyle medicine
- Metabolic health
- Peptide therapies
- Aesthetic medicine experience (not required)

Compensation & Benefits
Compensation is competitive and commensurate with experience. The posted salary range is based on an hourly base, but the position will also have an aggressive bonus structure included. We will work with you to build a true win-win compensation plan.
