Key Responsibilities

Clothing Pricing & Quality Control

• Conduct final quality checks on prepared clothing/accessory items before pricing.
• Price items accurately and fairly using store guidelines, brand knowledge, and value research when needed.
• Print and apply pricing labels using our system.
• Meet daily productivity goals (minimum of 130 items per hour).
• Provide informal performance feedback on Hanger/Tagger prep quality.

Collaboration & Communication

• Work independently while staying connected with the clothing team.
• Communicate when racks are complete and ready to be run to the sales floor.
• Coordinate with supervisors on quality concerns or training needs as appropriate.

Job Qualifications

Education:

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred

Experience:

• Experience in retail, thrift, merchandising, or clothing pricing preferred
• Familiarity with clothing/accessory brands and materials is a plus

Skills & Traits:

• Excellent attention to detail and strong organizational habits
• Fast-paced, efficient work style
• Comfortable with repetitive tasks and consistent pacing
• Ability to research pricing and trends for accurate value assessments
• Self-motivated and self-sufficient, yet team-oriented
• Reliability and punctuality are a must

Physical Requirements:

• Ability to stand, twist, pivot, and bend throughout an 8-hour shift
• Move and rotate full clothing racks independently

Job Specifications

Job Type: Full Time (32-40 hours per week)

Schedule: 7:30 AM – 4:00 PM, Wednesday - Sunday ideal but can be flexible

Pay: Starting at $17.50 per hour, with potential for raises at 3, 6, and 12 months
