Responsibilities
- Serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages, including cocktails, wine, beer, and spirits
- Engage with guests in a friendly and professional manner, providing personalized experiences and ensuring satisfaction
- Manage multiple rooms efficiently while maintaining high-quality service during busy periods
- Process cash transactions accurately using POS system, handling cash, credit cards, and other payment methods
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area and rooms in compliance with food safety regulations and sanitation standards
- Collaborate with management and independent contractors to ensure smooth service
Requirements
- Familiarity with POS systems and credit card processing
- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to engage guests warmly while managing multiple tasks seamlessly
- Ability to handle cash handling accurately along with basic math skills for processing payments and giving correct change
- Be open minded and accepting
- Demonstrate time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively during high-volume periods
Pay: $12.00 - $18.00 per hour
Expected hours: 8.0 – 34.0 per week
